Hej alla blivande examinander! 

 

Examen närmar sig med stormsteg och vi i studentkåren vill se till att ni får en så fin avslutning som möjligt. För att fira anordnar Alnarps studentkår en examensceremoni och finare middagsbankett för er och era närstående! 

 

Examensceremonin hålls 5:e juni dagen efter Thesis Day. Biljetter till examensceremonin köps genom Orbi länk till orbi och varje person kan köpa biljetter för upp till 4 personer. Biljetterna som finns tillgängliga är:

 

• Examensceremoni: 50 kr per person

• Middag och eftersläpp: 425 kr + 50 kr för icke kårmedlemmar

• Enbart eftersläpp: 100 kr + 50 kr för icke kårmedlemmar

 

För att delta på både examensceremonin och middagen behöver ni köpa båda biljetterna. Under examensceremonin kommer brev och ringar att delas ut. Information om hur ni beställer ringar är inkluderat i bifogad fil som skockats till er mail. Kom ihåg att beställa en ring i tid. Vi vill även påminna om att anmälan och deltagande på Thesis day sker via SLU och inte via kåren.

 

Fotografering vid Alnarps slott erbjuds från 12.30. Det finns risk att det blir många som vill fotograferas så anländ i god tid. Kaffe och tilltugg kommer att erbjudas vid foajén.

 

Examensceremonin startar vid 15.00. Anhöriga bör vara på plats i Aulan senast vid 14.30. Examinander ska vara på plats vid 14.45 för uppställning inför intåg. Under ceremonin kommer tackbrev och examensringar att delas ut. Information om hur ni beställer ringar är inkluderat i bifogad fil. För att vi ska kunna göra ert namn rättvisa, minimera felsägningar och förhindra förvirring önskar vi även att ni mejlar in en ljudfil med hur ni uttalar era namn till ceremoni_ask@stud.slu.se. 

 

Bildspel med fotografier från examinandens studietid planeras att visas i Aulan under Examensceremonin. Vi önskar därför att ni skickar in bilder på er och era medkursares studietid (med tillstånd från människorna på bild) till ceremoni_ask@stud.slu.se. 

 

Middagen startar med fördrink och mingel på loftet vid 18.00 och klädkoden kommer att vara mörk kostym. Medhav av sångbok rekommenderas. Medhavd dryck är inte tillåten och dryck kommer att finnas tillgänglig att köpa under sittningen. I biljetten inkluderas en fördrink, trerätters middag och inträde till eftersläppet. För att delta på både middagen och examensceremonin behöver ni köpa båda biljetterna på Orbi länk till orbi. Var ute i god tid med att köpa biljetter så att ni kan ta med er de anhöriga och/eller vänner ni har tänkt. Deadline för att köpa biljetter är 20:e maj. 

 

Vill ni hålla ett tal eller spex? Kontakta ceremoni_ask@stud.slu.se det är begränsat med antal platser så alla kommer inte kunna få möjligheten. Därför kommer det att vara först i kvarn. Så var ute i god tid!

 

Eftersläppet är planerat att börja vid 22.00. För att delta på eftersläppet behöver ni ha köpt en biljett till middagen eller en biljett för enbart eftersläppet. (Biljett till examensceremonin gäller inte). Eftersläppet är endast för 18+ och legitimation måste visas i dörren.

Hello all prospective examinees! 

 

Graduation is approaching quickly and we in the Student Union want to give you the best graduation ceremony possible. In order to celebrate, the Student Union will be hosting a formal dinner banquet for you and your close relatives! 

 

The graduation ceremony is held the 5th of June the day after Thesis day. The tickets to the graduation ceremony are bought through Orbi link to orbi and every person can by ticket for up to 4 people. The available tickets are:

• Graduation ceremony: 50 kr per person

• Banquet and after party: 425 kr + 50 kr for non union members

• Only the after party: 100 kr +50 kr  for non union members

 

In order to participate at both the graduation ceremony and banquet you have to by both tickets. During the graduation ceremony letters and graduation rings will be handed out. Information regarding how to order and purchase the rings are included in the attachment that is mailed to your mail. Remember to order a ring in time. We would also like to remind you that the registration and participation during Thesis day is made to SLU and not through the union.

 

Photography by the Alnarp castle will be available from 12.30. There is a risk that there will be a lot of people wanting to take pictures so arrive in time. There will be coffee and snacks offered in the foyer.

 

The graduation ceremony begins at 15.00. Family should be seated in the Aula by 14.30. Graduates should have arrived by 14.45 to line-up to enter. During the ceremony letters and graduation rings will be handed out. Information regarding how to order and purchase the rings are included in the attachment. In order to do your names justice, minimise wrong pronunciations and prevent confusion we would like you to submit a soundfile with how you pronounce your name to ceremoni_ask@stud.slu.se. 

 

A slideshow with pictures from the graduates studies is planned to be held in the Aula during the graduation ceremony. We would therefore like to request you to submit pictures of yourself and your fellow graduates from your time at SLU (with consent from the people in the pictures) to ceremoni_ask@stud.slu.se.

 

The dinner will start with a predrink and mingle at Loftet 18.00 and the dresscode is dark suit. Bringing your song book is recommended. Brought drink is however prohibited and there will be drinks available to purchase during the sitting. In the ticket a pridrink, three course meal and entrance to the afterparty is included. In order to participate during both the banquet and the graduation ceremony you have to purchase both tickets on Orbi link to orbi. Be on time with purchasing your tickets in order to be able to bring your family and/or friends. Deadline to purchase tickets are the 20th of May.

 

Would you like to hold a speech or a spex? contact ceremoni_ask@stud.slu.se there is a limited number of slotts available so not everyone will have the opportunity. Therefore it is first come first served. So be on time!

 

The afterpary is planned to start at 22.00. In order to participate in the afterparty you have to purchase a ticket to the banquet or a ticket for only the after party. (Tickets for the graduation ceremony does not apply). The afterparty is only for people who are 18+ and id must be shown upon entrance.
