Being part of the party committee is a lifestyle, a dedication, and a mission many carry with pride.
The party committee arranges parties, parties and sit-ins.
They decide which drinks are served at the bar, which menu will be served at seated events, and which decorations will adorn the party venue.
The committee's work is to give all members as memorable a study period as possible. The parties at Alnarp would not have existed without AFK.
The celebrations take place in accordance with the committee's level of ambition and the entire campus is eternally grateful for the selfless work they do.

The most important participants of the party
As a post holder on the party committee, you step into a community that is difficult to describe.
How you want to work and what you focus on is up to you as a team.
In addition to having the opportunity to create a close-knit committee, you also gain a sense of community with everyone who attends the parties.
As a party committee, you get to decide the bar theme, which changes every year with the change of committee.
The party committee is the only outsider allowed to participate in the Landlords' Carnival and decorate their own vehicle.

Club Champion

The club master has overall responsibility for the party committee's activities. In the role of club master, you book meetings with the remaining members of the committee, book premises and are the contact person with other stakeholders, the board and the municipality.
Vice Club Champion

As a vice club master, you assist the club master in all matters and
Party Master

Together they have the overall responsibility for planning the seating arrangements, including decorations, table setting and everything else.
They also work together with the bartender behind the bar during the festivities .
Bartender

In this role, the barmaster is responsible for everything behind the bar: drink lists, ingredients and purchasing everything needed.
Finance Manager

This role is responsible for budgeting, accounting for receipts and setting ticket prices. Works closely with the union treasurer to ensure the committee has the right financial resources to conduct its business.
Chef

The chefs are responsible for planning and preparing the menu for all sessions. They plan, order, purchase and prepare the food. They also ensure that all participants' allergies and dietary preferences are taken into account.
Music General

The masters of the dance floor. They plan and compile playlists for the parties. Together they are responsible for the music equipment, playing the music and making sure everyone has something to dance to all night. Of course they take requests for songs!
Propaganda general

The propaganda general is in charge of social media and marketing. Some of the responsibilities concern social media, designing posters and other graphic design.
Warehouse and
transport general

Together with the kitchen generals and the bar master, they are responsible for all purchases in the committee. The post holder is also responsible for documenting and stocking everything in the storeroom.
