We know that student life is not always easy and sometimes things in life don't go the way you want. The student union is here to support you, and we collaborate with several actors who can help you. Below you can find where you can get help and support from.

Student Health can help you with questions about your well-being related to your studies. You can get in touch with a nurse or counselor at their office. They also offer courses, groups and testing for certain sexually transmitted diseases.

Here you can seek help about, among other things , alcohol, other drugs and gambling habits, diet and exercise, sexual health and identity, sleep and sleep difficulties and more.

All contact with them is free and they are bound by confidentiality.

Studenthälsa.se is a national web portal that collects facts, advice and guides to self-help within student health in one place. Here you also have access to recorded lectures, real stories from other students and more. You can also get advice if you are worried about another person's well-being.

Here you can seek help about, among other things, everything that revolves around life as a student, mental health, alcohol, drug and other types of abuse, suicidal thoughts and much more.

The website is available in Swedish and English.

Student chaplains at Lund University

The student chaplains offer talks, crisis support, workshops, church services and meeting places. Regardless of your faith or outlook on life, you are welcome to join us!

Study guidance

For those of you who have general questions about your studies, motivation, future choices and planning, you can get answers from SLU's study and career counselors.

You can contact the study and career guidance office by phone or email. Telephone hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10-11 am.
