Studying at university shouldn't just be studying, it should be really fun too! Student life in Alnarp is something out of the ordinary, here there aren't a lot of different nations, sections or independent associations. ASK is a union with councils and committees that all work together. You have a membership in Alnarp's Student Union and are then welcome at all events that take place on campus that ASK arranges. You are also welcome to a lot of events that the Agricultural Engineers' Union (LMK) holds.
A membership in ASK also means that you are a member of SLUSS (SLU's collective student unions). This means that you can participate in the other SLU unions' events. For example, you can go and visit the Ultuna Student Union in Uppsala, the University of Forestry's student union in Umeå or why not Hippologerna, which is located in three places in Sweden?
We are seven student unions at SLU and you are welcome to all of them!
Committees & committees
The union is made up of students, for students! There are several different committees and boards that all work to ensure that we have as much fun as possible alongside our studies. Maybe you are interested in farming, crafts, hunting or music? There is a committee that suits you.
