Book the student union house
As a member of Alnarp's student union, you have the opportunity to book the student union hall for various types of activities – everything from parties and movie nights to band practice, workshops or sewing parties. The student union hall is an important meeting place for student life on campus, and we want it to be used!
Capacity
Kårhuset är utrustat för att ta emot upp till 70 personer, vilket gör det lagom för både större och mindre sammankomster.
Pabben
Inuti kårhuset finns Pabben, ett mindre och mer ombonat rum med soffor, spel och lugnare stämning.

The student union hall is designed to be used in many different ways. The venue is flexible and can be adapted to your specific event. Here you will find:
Kitchen with equipment – for easier cooking and serving
Tables and chairs – can be rearranged as needed
Dance floor space – perfect for sit-ins and party nights
How do I book?
All bookings are made through the Student Union Operations Committee (KSN) via Bokamera.
Contact the chairman of KSN to get a user account for Bokamera. Email ksn_ordf@stud.slu.se
Once you have received a login, you can book the student union house directly in the system.
Please note: Only members of Alnarp's student union and the Swedish Farmers' Union have the right to book the venue.
Terms & responsibilities
When you book and use the student union hall, you are responsible for:
The premises are restored to good condition after use.
Tables, chairs and equipment are put back.
Soups are thrown away and kitchen surfaces are cleaned
Any damage or problems are reported to KSN.
If the premises are not left in an approved condition, an additional cleaning fee may be invoiced.
