Accommodation

Housing can sometimes feel like a challenge, whether it's your first or tenth home. Here we've gathered some tips for your search for a place to live.

There are various accommodation options when you study here at Alnarp. It is most common for students to live in nearby cities, such as Lund and Malmö. Åkarp, Arlöv and Lomma are also popular places to live. There is also housing on the campus area.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find a long-term contract before the start of the semester, in which case it may be easier to rent for a semester and look for something new for the spring semester. It is common for students to move between different accommodations during their studies.

There are different types of housing, some want to live in a corridor, others in a collective or their own apartment. No matter what you are looking for, there is something for you.

Find your student accommodation

Malmo

EIA
Property company owned by the municipality. Has several vacant apartments around Malmö. Rented out via Boplats syd.

National Construction
Has some rental properties for rent in Malmö, as well as in other places in Skåne. Uses HomeQ for advertising.

Hometown
Heimstaden is a private company that rents out homes in Lund, Malmö and Burlöv. The majority of the homes are newly built.

Residence South
Boplats Syd collects housing ads from all over Skåne, here you can find housing in Lund, Malmö, Lomma and Burlöv.

Grove

Bopoolen.nu
The housing pool is run by Lund University's student unions (LUS), where various types of housing are advertised.

Hometown
Heimstaden is a private company that rents out homes in Lund, Malmö and Burlöv. The majority of the homes are newly built.

LKF
Lunds kommunala fastighets AB. Owned by Lund Municipality and brokers housing throughout Lund.

Campus

National construction
Riksbyggen rents out rooms with shared spaces on campus. Perfect for those who want to live in the middle of student life!

Pocket

The Lomma Castle
Lommaborgen offers student housing for students at SLU Alnarp, within walking and cycling distance to the Campus.

Other

Many private accommodations are advertised in various Facebook groups. Sometimes even in our own group 'Alnarpsinfo', which you can apply to become a member of.
